CAPS does not directly collect or store any payment card information provided to the Services, but it may receive information associated with your payment card information (e.g., your billing details).

We may collect personal information from you such as email address, phone number, or mailing address when you request information from CAPS. This can be found on the contact page
We may contact you to participate in surveys. If you decide to participate, you may be asked to provide certain information which may include personal information. Our Customers. If you use our Services on behalf of an organization (e.g., your employer), that organization may provide us with information about you so that we can provision your account.
If you receive an unwanted email from us, you can use the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of the email. Note that you will continue to receive transaction-related emails regarding products or Services you have requested.
For purposes of the California Consumer Privacy Act, CAPS does not “sell” your personal information.

By using the Services or providing personal information to us, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues relating to your use of the Services. If we learn of a security system’s breach, we may attempt to notify you electronically by sending a notice through the Services or by sending an e-mail to you.

The Websites and the Services are not intended for or directed to users under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly or intentionally collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 or other minors.
